Bret Binder is running for State Representative in District 156. After law school, Bret clerked for the Pennsylvania Supreme Court and was dismayed to see how many laws had to be overturned as unconstitutional due to poor drafting on the part of the legislature. Bret will draft progressive and wellwritten laws that will pass judicial scrutiny as well as clean up those poorly written laws on the books. He’s also concerned about the swing towards the right and degradation of public services like public education that have been happening under Republican control.
