Melisa Franzen has a proven track record of bringing communities together to advance issues. An attorney, Melisa serves on the Board of Directors for the Girl Scouts of Minnesota and Wisconsin River Valleys and President of the Minnesota Hispanic Bar Association. She also volunteers with Neighborhood House, Center for Urban and Regional Affairs, Centro Legal, the Saint Paul Foundation, and Minnesota Women Lawyers.
