Pat Fleming is running for State Senate in District 14. She served in the Arizona Legislature from 2009 to 2011 as a member of the House of Representatives from Legislative District 25. In 1981, she followed her parents’ footsteps and began working as an Army Department civilian at Fort Huachuca. She proved her ability to manage complex government resources during her career with the Army as a budget analyst and a manpower allocations analyst, retiring in August 2005, with more than 24 years of service.
