Pete Lee is serving his second term in the Colorado House of Representatives.  In the 2013 legislative session, Pete served as Vice-Chair of the House Judiciary Committee and as a member of the House Transportation & Energy Committee.
 
Pete has lived in Colorado Springs for three decades and practiced law for 25 years, where he represented individuals and small-business owners in commercial and real-estate transactions. Pete has been active in the community, including serving on the boards of numerous community organizations. 
 
In the 2013 session, Pete sponsored two major pieces of legislation.  One would allow juveniles to be adjudicated on an alternate track.  The other would limit outsourcing and ensure that 80% of the labor force employed on public works projects will be Colorado labor.
